Turkish Homes 4 Less is based in Liverpool, Belfast, Enniskillen, Alanya and Belek, Turkey. With over 7 years of sales experience, we understand the need for excellent communications understanding and one to one care.

Unlike other companies you will only be dealing with our staff, in Ireland, England or Turkey. This way we can guarantee that quality, standards and customer service is kept high.

We also have a customer care department to help you after you have purchased a property so that all your needs and requirements are met.

As we are a design and construction company our aim is to provide you with properties of the highest standard at the most competitive price. Unlike most other companies, when you purchase a property from one of our developments you will not have to pay any estate agency fees or legal fees, therefore saving you thousands of ££££. We also provide a bespoke service, so if you would like to build your own dream home in the sun, we can make your dreams become a reality.

Our vision

Our vision is to follow in the footsteps of television programmes such as a place in the Sun, whereby the perfect holiday home, investments and retirement properties are found. We will provide you with a portfolio of properties before you go on the viewing trip so that you will have an idea of the properties that interest you most.

In addition, you will also receive information on available dates for personalised viewing trips, financial advice, and legal advice. Most of this research will be carried out in your home town so that all the hard work is done before you even view any properties. Our aim is to be the best and therefore provide you with the best advice and properties.
